How to increase a lost sex drive?

Hi, I don't know how many people can relate to this or can help. Lately I have lost my passion for sex and I absolutely hate it. I love sex always have. I want my drive back. I am 25 and never felt like this before and I've only been with my partner 20 months. I want my drive back, any suggestions? I don't know why its gone. I used to be the biggest nympho and I miss that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I miss craving it.

First of all, is your relationship in good shape? If you're feeling resentment or anger or depression, this could be affecting your sex drive. You'll have to deal with the source of that problem to get your drive back.

It could also be something physical. Have you talked to your doctor about it?

If your sex life has gotten routine, that could also be a factor. Try shaking things up with new positions, sex toys, role playing, or whatever. There are plenty of books around with suggestions for this.

If your partner has lost interest, this could also be the reason. Have you talked about it?

And as a last resort, some couples just get bored with each other and choose to deal with it by doing something like swinging or having open relationships. This is extremely difficult to make work emotionally, but for some people, it's the best solution.
