My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. Is it better to have sex the day before ovulation?

We are trying to get pregant and I was wondering if it is better to have sex the day before ovulation to allow sperm to travel to the egg. If anyone knows about all of this I would appreciate the advice. Thanks for your help.

im amother of 4 kids ages 8 4 2 and 6 months the way to get pregnant is to say during sex one time wont hurt good luck
