Question by Danielle: Obama's sex education funding in 2009?

Can someone please explain to me what exactly is Obama's sex education fund in 2009. I'm writing a 6 page essay on teen pregnancy and i'd like to write about it a little bit. I just don't really understand exactly all the information on it... So if you know anything about it please help me understand it better... Thanks!
